Hello. I hope you are all well. I thought that we’d focus on doing a mindfulness and grounding piece (Mindfulness and Grounding during Uncertain Times). During these uncertain times that we are in, it can get quite anxiety provoking. I think it’s really useful to create some space for us to feel grounded.
